China Three Gorges Corporation 

Approved by the State Council, China Three Gorges Project Development Corporation was formally established on September 27, 1993, for the construction of the Three Gorges Project and flood control of the Yangtze River. On September 27, 2009, it was renamed China Three Gorges Corporation. On December 28, 2017, the company completed its restructuring into a wholly state-owned enterprise, officially adopting the name China Three Gorges Corporation (hereinafter referred to as CTG). Under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council, CTG has achieved over 30 years of sustained high-quality development. It has now grown into the world's largest hydropower development and operation enterprise, as well as a leading clean energy and ecological protection group in China, and is among the first batch of demonstration enterprises designated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) for building world-class enterprises.

China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. 

China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Huaneng) is a key state-owned enterprise approved by the State Council. With a registered capital of RMB 34.9 billion, its core business scope includes: power source development, investment, construction, operation and management; electricity (heat) generation and sales; development, investment, construction, production and sales of financial services, coal, transportation, new energy, environmental protection related industries and products; as well as industrial investment operation and management.

China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. 

China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CTG Renewables) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Three Gorges Corporation (hereinafter referred to as CTG). It undertakes the historical mission of developing new energy and building wind energy as CTG’s second core business. CTG Renewables originated from China Water Resources Investment Corporation. In October 2008, with the approval of the State Council, China Water Resources Investment Corporation was merged into CTG. In June 2010, it was renamed China Three Gorges Renewables Company. In April 2011, upon the approval of CTG, Changjiang Renewable Energy Development Co., Ltd. was merged into China Three Gorges Renewables Company. As one of the earliest central enterprises to enter the wind power sector in China, CTG Renewables has seized the opportunity of the country’s vigorous development of clean energy, accelerated the pace of wind farm development, increased investment in the wind power equipment manufacturing industry, and strived to promote the construction of the wind energy industrial chain, thus forming a sound competitive foundation and advantages in wind farm development and wind power equipment manufacturing.

Shanghai Investigation, Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd.

Founded in 1954, Shanghai Investigation, Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SIDRI or the Company) is affiliated to China Three Gorges Corporation—the world's largest hydropower development enterprise and China's largest clean energy group. After 65 years of development, SIDRI has evolved into a large national Grade-A comprehensive design institute with strong technical strength and reliable product quality, focusing on water conservancy, hydropower, new energy and environmental engineering. Its business scope covers all regions of China and more than 20 countries and regions overseas. Over the years, the Company has won more than 70 science and technology progress awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level (the Key Technology Research of Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Power Project won the Second Class National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2018), and over 300 excellent survey and design awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level. It holds more than 200 valid patents and has led or participated in the compilation of over 40 national and industry standards and specifications. SIDRI possesses independent intellectual property rights of core technologies in water source construction, water environment comprehensive treatment and offshore wind power businesses, and its technical capability and level take a leading position in China.

PowerChina Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited 

Established in 1954, PowerChina Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as PowerChina Huadong) is one of the earliest survey and design institutes established in China. As a large national Grade-A comprehensive survey, design and research unit, its business scope covers hydropower and new energy, urban and rural construction, ecology and environment and other fields. It strives to build a first-class international engineering company with intelligent engineering whole-process service capabilities.
PowerChina Huadong focuses on driving technological and management innovation through informatization, and boasts world-class engineering digitalization capabilities. Since taking the lead in carrying out 3D digital design research and application in 2004, it has developed China's first Engineering Digitalization Solution with complete disciplines, comprehensive functions, mature application and coverage of the whole process of infrastructure construction, reaching an internationally advanced level. The solution covers three major platforms: engineering 3D digital design, integrated engineering design and construction management, and engineering whole-life cycle management, realizing full-discipline and whole-process engineering 3D digital design and application. It serves as a model for China's engineering design industry to achieve an overall leap from 2D CAD to 3D digital collaborative design and application. In 2013, it was awarded the title of "National Demonstration Enterprise for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.

China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. 

Founded in 1958, China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CEEC GD) is an international engineering company with national Grade-A comprehensive engineering design qualification. CEEC GD has four core businesses: consulting and planning, survey and design, engineering general contracting, and investment and operation. It can provide customers with one-stop comprehensive solutions and whole-life cycle management services in energy and infrastructure construction fields such as electric power, nuclear industry, network communication, municipal administration, environmental protection and architecture.
CEEC GD is the first design institute in China that simultaneously has commissioning experience in ultra-supercritical thermal power units of one million kilowatts, conventional islands of nuclear power plants of one million kilowatts, and UHV power transmission projects of one million volts. It has participated in the construction of almost all offshore wind power projects in Guangdong Province. In recent years, it has led or participated in the compilation of 227 international, national and industry technical standards, owns nearly 1,000 independent intellectual property rights, and has won honors such as the National Quality Award, the Special Class National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Meritorious Enterprise and Excellent Survey and Design Enterprise in the Engineering Construction Industry for the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China. Founded on January 9, 2004, CSSC Haizhuang Windpower Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CSSC Haizhuang) is affiliated to China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited. It is the platform construction unit of the National Offshore Wind Power Engineering Technology Research Center, and a high-tech enterprise specialized in system integration design and manufacturing of wind power equipment, wind farm engineering services and new energy system integration services.

China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd.

China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited. Its predecessor is the Ministry of Railways Major Bridge Engineering Bureau, which was established with the approval of the Government Administration Council on April 1953 for the construction of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge (reorganized into its current name in 2001). It is the only large-scale engineering company in China integrating bridge scientific research, survey and design, engineering construction and machinery manufacturing. It has the capability to build various types of bridges under various river, lake, sea and harsh geological and environmental conditions.
