      Offshore Wind Power Branch of China Offshore Engineering Consulting Association (English name is "China Offshore Wind Association, affiliated to CAOE", referred to as "China Offshore Wind Power Association") is affiliated to my country's first national ocean association-China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association. China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association is my country's first national ocean association. It was approved by the State Council in July 2009 and was formally established in Beijing on January 31, 2010. Its competent authority is the Ministry of Natural Resources, and its executive council consists of the relevant departments of the State Council in charge of marine work such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Water Resources, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Responsible comrades and representatives of related units such as enterprises directly under the central government, universities and scientific research institutes.

      In order to better adapt to the needs of the development of China’s offshore wind power industry under the new situation, and to standardize and improve the overall level of the offshore wind power industry, in February 2018, in accordance with the “Articles of the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association”, the China Three Gorges Group Co., Ltd. initiated and With the strong support of the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association, it was jointly initiated by dozens of offshore wind power related units such as Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd., and was approved by the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association (Zhonghai Xiehan [2018] No. 9), China The Offshore Wind Power Association was formally established.

      The Offshore Wind Power Branch of the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association, as the only national industry association focusing on offshore wind power engineering technology in my country, aims to create a good platform for exchanges and cooperation to achieve technology and resource sharing. The association will hold various seminars, information exchanges and information release activities from time to time to provide bridging services for strengthening ties between government departments and enterprises, promoting work, and matching internal and external talent exchanges, technical exchanges, and business cooperation. , To provide organizational services for strengthening the management and technological innovation of the offshore wind power engineering industry.

Service scope:
      1. Study the development trend of offshore wind power, track the research trends and related policies of offshore wind power technology at home and abroad, and provide consultation and suggestions for government decision-making;

      2. Coordinate relevant units to formulate technical standards for offshore wind power, and organize the compilation of technical standards for offshore wind power planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance;

      3. Build an industrial exchange platform, promote communication among politics, industry, academia, research, and users, and establish long-term contacts and exchanges and cooperation with relevant industries and organizations at home and abroad;

      4. Organize and coordinate the construction and application of key projects, integrate the resources of advantageous enterprises and research institutions, and improve the ability of offshore wind power engineering technology demonstration and achievement transformation;

      5. Carry out consulting and training services, provide industry development suggestions for related enterprises and institutions, and assist in cultivating all kinds of talents needed for industry development;

      6. Provide information services for member units, and provide convenient information communication channels through websites, paper media, and self-media; 

      7. Organize international exchanges, organize member units to inspect overseas offshore wind power development and the latest project results, and assist member units to introduce and absorb foreign advanced technologies and products;
