Conditions for membership of all levels of the Offshore Wind Power Branch of the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association

Units and individuals who apply to join the Offshore Wind Power Branch of the China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association must support the association’s charter, consciously maintain the association’s image, safeguard the association’s legitimate rights and interests, actively participate in various activities of the association, implement the resolutions of the association, and complete The work assigned by the association, and truthfully report the situation to the association and provide relevant information.

一. Joining conditions

（一）Membership membership conditions

1. Relevant units engaged in the production, sales, scientific research, and testing of renewable energy such as offshore wind power can become new members only after the unit voluntarily applies and is discussed and approved by the board of directors.

2. All newly-applied enterprises and institutions shall, in principle, join the membership as a member.

（二）Admission conditions of the governing unit

1. Units that have important influence in the industry shall be applied for by the unit voluntarily, no less than 3 persons such as the secretary-general and vice president of the association, and discussed and approved by the board of directors before they can become a new governing unit.

（三）Admission conditions for the vice president unit

1. Units with important influence in the industry shall be applied for by the unit voluntarily, and no less than 5 persons, including the secretary general and vice president of the association, can become a new vice president unit after discussion and approval by the board of directors.

二. Member benefits

（一） Related rights and interests of member units:

1. Enjoy the policy information services such as industry suggestions and project declarations provided by the association, and reflect the voice of the enterprise to the central and national departments and leaders through the association channels;

2. Take priority to participate in the exchange activities organized by the association, such as industry-university-research, technical exchanges, independent innovation achievements, product promotion, etc., paid conferences can enjoy member unit discounts;

3. Provide cooperation and support to related activities organized by member units;

4. Preferential participation in international exchanges, cooperation and selection and commendation activities organized by the Association;

5. Participate in the training activities of SMEs entrepreneurship counseling, SME growth project, industry professional qualification certification, quality management certification and brand building organized by this association;

6. Enjoy the corporate management consulting provided by the association, and participate in member networking activities, etc.;

（二）Related rights and interests of the governing unit:

1. Enjoy all the service content of the member unit;

2. Participate in the board of directors convened regularly or irregularly by the Association, and have the right to vote on major decisions of the Association;

3. Enjoy the opportunity to publicize and report major corporate issues in the external communication channels of the Association;

（三）Related rights and interests of the vice president unit:

1. Enjoy all the service content of the governing unit and member unit;

2. Participate in the discussion and decision-making of major issues of the Association;

3. Enjoy the opportunity to assist in liaison and cooperation with competent departments, enterprises, institutions, and social organizations;

4. The association can support the social activities and business marketing activities of the vice president unit by sending letters or dispatching staff:

5. Priority to obtain the naming rights for important activities organized by the Association;
