1. Introduction

      Focusing on the "30·60" carbon neutral target, the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the opportunities and challenges of grid parity, my country’s offshore wind power industry is accelerating its development. Challenges put forward higher requirements for the design and construction of offshore wind power supporting structures.

      In order to summarize practical problems, exchange project experience, share technological innovation, and promote the implementation of production and research, China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association Offshore Wind Power Branch, China Power Construction Group Northwest Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. and other units are scheduled to be held on August 7, 2021. Xi'an Greenland Holiday Hotel held the "(3rd) China Offshore Wind Power Supporting Structure Design and Construction Seminar", and participated in the grand meeting with offshore wind power experts, scholars, and industry decision makers to exchange ideas.
