一、Conference Introduction

Focusing on the "30·60" carbon neutral target, the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the opportunities and challenges of grid parity, my country’s offshore wind power industry is accelerating its development. Challenges put forward higher requirements for the design and construction of offshore wind power supporting structures.

In order to summarize practical problems, share technological innovation, and promote the implementation of production and research, the Offshore Wind Power Branch of China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association, Northwest Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Corporation and other units are scheduled to be held in Xi’an·Zhongxinghe on October 15, 2021. Tai Hotel held the "(3rd) China Offshore Wind Power Supporting Structure Design and Construction Seminar" to participate in a grand meeting with offshore wind power experts, scholars, and industry decision makers to exchange ideas.

四、Conference registration

1. Due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and the National Games, all guests must register online in advance and report truthfully according to the prevention and control requirements.

2. Control the number of participants. In principle, priority is given to the registered guests (before the rescheduled date). Only a small number of registration qualifications will be added this time. The registration fee is 1400 yuan/person for member units of China Offshore Wind Power Association, and 1800 yuan/person for non-member units, including conference registration, materials fees, conference meals, etc. General tickets for conference fees can be issued.

3. Precautions

(1) Anti-epidemic policy for other provinces entering Shaanxi: (Refer to update on September 15, 2021)

①In low-risk areas, other provinces need to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (the time when the report is issued) when entering Shaanxi.

②In areas with medium and high risks, entering Shaanxi from other provinces requires centralized isolation and observation for 14 days and 2 nucleic acid tests.

(2) Participants can follow the WeChat public account "Xi'an Local Treasure", enter "Enter Xi'an", or other related channels to learn about the epidemic prevention policies of other provinces in Shaanxi in real time.

(3) On the day of the conference, all guests should abide by the prevention and control requirements. Please show your real names such as the epidemic prevention requirements materials, your ID and registered text messages, and wear masks to cooperate with the epidemic prevention.
