2021 is the first year of the country’s “14th Five-Year Plan”. Around my country’s “dual-carbon goals”, opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of the offshore wind power industry. Accelerating the innovation and progress of engineering technology is still a common issue for offshore wind turbines. The "China Offshore Wind Power Engineering Technology Conference" is an industry summit focusing on the discussion and exchange of offshore wind power engineering technology. It has been held for six consecutive years since the first session in 2016, and it is also an annual ceremony for thousands of people in the offshore wind power industry.
