1. Background of the meeting

Focusing on China's "dual carbon" goal, opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of the offshore wind industry during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and accelerating the innovation and progress of engineering technology is still a common issue for offshore wind power people. "China Offshore Wind Engineering and Technology Conference" has been successfully held for five consecutive sessions since the first session in 2016, and has become an annual industry event in the field of offshore wind engineering and technology.

China Offshore Wind Association, affiliated to CAOE, together with Huaneng Clean Energy Research Institute (CERI), PowerChina Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited is scheduled to be held from March 4th to 6th, 2022 at the Blossom Water Museum Hotel Hangzhou held the " (The 6th) China Offshore Wind Engineering and Technology Conference". The conference will focus on offshore wind policy, survey and design, construction and installation, operation and maintenance monitoring, industrial integration and other fields, set up main forums and professional forums, conduct in-depth discussions, and focus on solving practical problems and promoting new technologies.

4. Instructions for participation

1. Due to epidemic prevention and other requirements, all participants must register online in advance, and there is no on-site registration for the time being! The number of participants is limited, and social registration will be closed at any time. If you want to register, hurry up!

2. Considering the different policy requirements in different places, in order to ensure the safety of the conference and the departure of guests from Hangzhou, a (free) nucleic acid test is planned to be set up on site, so as to realize the nucleic acid report within 48 hours when leaving Hangzhou, and return to the station smoothly.

3. In order to ensure the quality of the conference, the registration fee is 1,800 yuan/person for member units of the Offshore Wind Power Branch of China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association, and 2,200 yuan/person for non-member units. The fee includes conference registration, material fees, and conference meals (including all members welcome Dinner), etc., and issue a conference fee ticket.
