2. Introduction

Focusing on the "30·60" carbon neutral target, the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the opportunities and challenges of grid parity, China’s offshore wind power industry is accelerating its development. Challenges put forward higher requirements for the design and construction of offshore wind power supporting structures. In order to summarize practical problems, share technological innovation, and promote the implementation of production and research, the Offshore Wind Power Branch of China Ocean Engineering Consulting Association, Northwest Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Corporation and other units are scheduled to be held in Xi’an·Zhongxinghe on October 15, 2021. Tai Hotel held the "(3rd) China Offshore Wind Power Supporting Structure Design and Construction Seminar" to participate in a grand meeting with offshore wind power experts, scholars, and industry decision makers to exchange ideas.

4. Conference registration

1. Due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and the National Games, all guests must register online in advance and report truthfully according to the prevention and control requirements.

2. Control the number of participants. In principle, priority is given to registered guests (before the rescheduling). A small number of registration qualifications will be added this time. The deadline for registration is 17:00 on October 10, 2021! The registration fee is 1400 yuan/person for member units of China Offshore Wind Power Association, and 1800 yuan/person for non-member units, including conference registration, materials fees, conference meals, etc. General tickets for conference fees can be issued.

(1) National Games and other factors, the epidemic prevention policy of other provinces entering Shaanxi: (Refer to updated on October 8, 2021)

① In low-risk areas, other provinces must provide a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours when entering Shaanxi (subject to the reported sampling time, within 48 hours when arriving in Xi'an or checking in at a hotel)!

② In medium and high-risk areas, entry into Shaanxi is restricted in principle, and entry into Shaanxi from other provinces must be centralized for quarantine observation, etc. (You can consult Xi'an Yanta District Epidemic Prevention Office 029-89353633)!

(2) Participants can follow the WeChat public account "Xi'an Local Treasure", enter "Enter Xi'an", or other related channels to learn about the epidemic prevention policies of other provinces entering Shaanxi.
