三、 Notes for Participation

1. Epidemic prevention requirements

According to the requirements of relevant departments, and due to factors such as the Shaanxi National Games and the Paralympic Games, all personnel entering Shaanxi from other provinces must have a nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours. The details are as follows:

(1) Anti-epidemic policy for other provinces entering Shaanxi: (Refer to update on October 13, 2021)

① In low-risk areas, other provinces must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (the sampling start time, within 48 hours when arriving in Xi'an or staying in a hotel) when entering Shaanxi.

② In areas with medium and high risks, other provinces must be isolated and observed for 14 days when entering Shaanxi.

(2) Participants can follow the WeChat public account "Xi'an Local Treasure", enter "Enter Xi'an", or other related channels to learn about the epidemic prevention policies of other provinces in Shaanxi in real time.

2. Registration requirements

(1) All participants must register online in advance, and on-site registration is not accepted.

(2) All guests participating in the conference must obey the management of epidemic prevention. Please show the information of epidemic prevention requirements, your ID and registered SMS to enter the venue, and wear masks to cooperate with epidemic prevention throughout the process.
