In view of the severe epidemic situation in China, in order to effectively protect the interests of the participants, after the decision of the organizing committee, the "(The 7th ) China Offshore Wind Engineering and Technology Conference" originally scheduled to be held in Shanghai from December 9 to 11, 2022 has been postponed to the first quarter of 2023 (consult the organizing committee for details), the venue and content of the conference will remain unchanged, and the specific time will be notified separately.
During this period, the conference still accepts various speeches, participation registration, corporate exhibitions and other consultations. Priority will be given to the accreditation of the conference, and all delegates are requested to keep an eye on the notice.

II. Conference Background
"China Offshore Wind Power Engineering Conference" is an offshore wind power industry event planned and organized by China Ocean Consulting Engineering Association Offshore Wind Power Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Offshore Wind Power Association"), which has been held for six consecutive years since the first one in 2016. It has been held annually for six years since the first edition in 2016, with a scale of about 600-800 people, and is dedicated to the analysis of actual projects and the promotion of new technologies.
The conference gathers the industry's best resources to discuss offshore wind power policy and industry status, survey and design, construction and installation, operation and maintenance monitoring, industry integration and other areas. In the same period, the conference will promote innovation and development of the industry by organising the Offshore Wind Engineering Awards Ceremony, the Offshore Wind Engineering Exhibition, international cooperation side events and business exchanges.
The "6th China Offshore Wind Power Engineering Conference" was hosted by the Offshore Wind Power Association, Huaneng Qingneng Institute and CEC East China Institute in Hangzhou in 2021. 600 domestic and foreign wind power enterprises and institutions, experts and scholars gathered in Hangzhou to explore the development path of the offshore wind power industry, which triggered a warm response! The event was well received!

IV. Conference Highlights
1. Conference content
The conference sets up the main forum and 6 parallel professional sub-forums, including the opening ceremony of the main forum, keynote speeches, professional reports, roundtable dialogues, professional forums, welcome dinner, professional exhibition, etc.
2. Scale of the conference
The scale of previous conferences is about 600-800 people. The main forum and other sharing guests should, in principle, be at the deputy level or above of leading domestic and foreign enterprises and institutions groups. All participants must register online in advance, and priority will be given to participants in the order of successful registration.
3. Photo exhibition
At the same time, we will set up a professional exhibition area for offshore wind power, inviting domestic and foreign enterprises in the field of offshore wind power products, technologies and equipment manufacturing to set up exhibition panels and booths to showcase their images and technical achievements.
4. Picture cooperation and exchange
Business negotiation area, industry docking and cooperation channels will be set up at the venue to build an industry exchange platform.
