1. Yunda's 7MW offshore wind turbine is offline!

Recently, the first WD175-6250 offshore wind turbine of Yunda's 7MW platform product officially rolled off the assembly line. In 2022, offshore wind turbines will usher in a parity market. Yunda officially launched the "Sea Breeze Series" offshore wind turbines. The "Sea Breeze Series" offshore wind turbines combine the characteristics of wind resources in different sea areas, and Yunda shares are based on the investment yield requirements of the parity market. The custom-developed offshore wind turbine unit has the largest single kilowatt sweeping area, the lightest weight per kilowatt, and the most comprehensive coverage and high reliability of the offshore wind turbine unit on the market with the same capacity.

The "Haifeng Series" 7MW platform offshore wind turbines have a single power range of 6~8MW, and a rotor diameter range of 175~195m. Customized design according to the characteristics of low wind speed and anti-Taiwan sea area wind conditions can achieve full sea area coverage. The maximum wind-wheel sweeping area is equivalent to the size of 4 standard football fields specified by FIFA. The single-kilowatt sweeping area is ≥4.3/kW, which is the largest single-kilowatt sweeping area of the same capacity in the market. It is controlled by radar feed-forward, Intelligent control technologies such as adaptive control and intelligent anti-typhoon strategy improve power generation performance by 15%, effectively ensuring that the annual equivalent hours are> 3600h under the wind condition with an average annual wind speed of 7.5m/s.

3. The first medium and low wind speed marine ace unit officially rolled off the assembly line

On May 31st, Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group (abbreviation: Electric Wind Power, stock code 688660) officially rolled off the first unit of WG5.55F-172 based on the Synergy hybrid platform. This model focuses on the “high cost performance” in the sea areas with low and medium wind speeds, and specifically responds to the specific wind conditions with low average wind speeds and large north-south differences in China's offshore wind resources. The Times maintains the leading advantage of China's offshore wind power.

WG5.55F-172 uses dual-certified blades at home and abroad, a cooling system with high efficiency and low energy consumption, a mature and reliable yaw system and a comprehensive and better electrical system to achieve more efficient and reliable operation. In addition, the unit adopts drive chain innovation to optimize the design of the whole machine, which improves the transmission efficiency and power generation revenue, realizes the maintenance-free generator, and can realize the self-maintenance and replacement of large parts in the air.

4. The first domestic permanent mooring line for offshore floating wind turbines was successfully accepted

Recently, Juli Rigging's deep-sea mooring products have another good news. Following the mooring of the Wenchang Phase 2 jacket platform life extension project and the mooring rope of the Strait No. 1 single-column semi-submersible deep-sea aquaculture fishery, the first domestic floating wind turbine The permanent mooring line successfully rolled off the assembly line! And has completely independent intellectual property rights.

As a floating structure on the sea, floating wind turbines need to be moored for position and motion constraints. They mainly provide restraining tension through the deformation of mooring materials or changes in suspended weight. Juli Rigging has developed a permanent mooring in the deep ocean this time. The cable is a test for extreme sea conditions such as typhoons in the South China Sea. It can effectively control the extreme motion response of the floating wind turbine base platform, and can meet the specific design service life and will not interfere after the initial installation. It is suitable for seawater 26 Yearly usage requirements.

5. The highest and heaviest single sea booster station in Asia was successfully installed

Recently, the upper module of the sea booster station of the SPIC Jieyang Qianshenquan offshore wind power project in the Shenquan sea area of Huilai County has been successfully installed recently, marking the smooth installation of the heart of offshore wind power with a weight of about 2,800 tons.

The construction of the upper module of the sea uplift station that is hoisted is carried out by means of integrated construction on land and integrated hoisting on the sea. The entire upper module adopts a five-story layout, with a plane size of about 47 meters × 35.4 meters and a height of about 24 meters. The top layer is about 46 meters above the average sea level and weighs about 2,800 tons. It is by far the highest and heaviest single sea uplift station in Asia.

6. The static test of the first domestic 102m wind turbine blade is completed

Recently, the longest 102-meter wind turbine blade in China completed a static test at the National Offshore Wind Power Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (National Quality Inspection Center). This is my country’s first full-scale test of a 100-meter wind turbine blade in accordance with international standards.

The 102-meter blade is the first 100-meter-class blade independently produced in my country. It is designed and manufactured by Shuangrui and will be matched with a 10MW wind turbine. According to the experimental plan, the 102m blade will continue to carry out fatigue testing, static force after fatigue and other testing projects, and type certification will be carried out simultaneously. The research and development test of the blade will promote the industrial application of my country's large blades and large megawatt units, opening a new era of offshore wind power.

7. Significant progress has been made in the first domestic wind power project in the revolving tidal sea area

Significant new progress has been made in the construction of Huaneng Guanyun Offshore Wind Power Project, the first domestic wind power in the revolving tidal sea area and the first offshore wind power project in Lianyungang area recently. Following the successful connection of the first batch of 6.45MW units to the grid for power generation in this project last year, both the land and sea stations have been powered and the piling work of the wind turbine foundation has been completed. At present, 41 wind turbines have been installed, the 42nd and 43rd are being installed, and 35 wind turbines have been connected to the grid. It is planned to be completed by the end of June.

It is reported that the first phase of the project has an investment of about 5.3 billion yuan, with a total installed capacity of 300MW. It is planned to install 48 units, including 46 single-unit 6MW and 2 3MW units, as well as supporting the construction of a 220KV sea booster station and a 220KV onshore switch station.
