2. The first batch of units of my country's first flexible DC offshore wind power project were officially connected to the grid for power generation

On November 8, the first unit of the Three Gorges Group Jiangsu Rudong Offshore Wind Power Project (referred to as the Three Gorges Rudong Project) officially sent power to the Jiangsu Power Grid, marking the successful connection of the first batch of units of my country’s first flexible DC offshore wind power project to the grid.

The Rudong Three Gorges Project is located in the Huangshayang waters of Rudong County, Jiangsu Province. It is the first offshore wind power project in Asia that uses flexible DC transmission technology. The generated energy is transmitted to the grid through a flexible DC transmission project (referred to as Rudong Flexible Direct Project). The project is mainly composed of two sea booster stations, an offshore converter station, a DC submarine cable, and an onshore converter station.

The Rudong Three Gorges project will be put into operation in December this year. By then, the annual on-grid power will reach 2.4 billion kWh, which can meet the annual power consumption of about 1 million households. Compared with coal-fired power plants of the same scale, it can save standards every year. Burning approximately 740,000 tons of coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions of approximately 1.83 million tons will add kinetic energy to optimize the local energy structure and ensure power supply this winter and next spring, effectively helping to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality".

3. The wind power installation platform "Guardian" Nanhai started construction, and the lifting of offshore wind turbines added another weapon

On November 7, Energy China Southern Construction Investment Guangdong Thermal Power used the "guard" installation platform introduced by the nation's first transformation plan to successfully complete the first show of wind turbine hoisting at Huadian Yangjiang Qingzhou Three 500MW Offshore Wind Power Project.

The "Guard" installation platform is an offshore construction and installation platform modified from the "H194" drilling platform. It uses the advantages of the drilling platform's own deep-sea operation characteristics to meet the positioning operations in deeper seas; the "Guard" installation platform is equipped with "DP1" dynamic positioning System, 650-ton full-rotation offshore crane and double side-side auxiliary crane, with strong hoisting operability, with nearly 129-meter-long pile legs, large pile shoe area, low pile shoe unit preload load, and better performance in mud entry For most wind power installation platforms, the pile legs are used for water depth and the range of lifting height is larger; the "guard" installation platform can serve for deeper and higher offshore wind turbine hoisting construction, which can meet the water depth of more than 50 meters and offshore wind turbines of more than 8.0 MW Install.

The successful hoisting of the first fan of the "Guide" installation platform (No. 17) marks the successful practice of the fan hoisting scheme of the "Guangdong Thermal Power" retrofit platform, and provides a useful reference experience for the hoisting construction of the wind power installation platform in the deep water area. It also provides a solid guarantee for the efficient installation of the subsequent fans of the project.

4. Successful installation of the first 7MW offshore wind turbine in the waters of southern Zhejiang

On November 4th, with the perfect docking of the 22# fan impeller and generator at an altitude of 115 meters, it marked the successful installation of the first impeller of the Huadian Yuhuan No. 1 offshore wind power project undertaken by the company, and it was also a deep silt sea area in southern Zhejiang. The installation of the first impeller completed by a wind turbine installation ship not only opened the curtain on the impeller installation of Huadian Yuhuan No. 1 Project, but also provided useful experience for future large-scale and affordable offshore wind power construction in the deep silt sea area of southern Zhejiang.

At present, the company has organized 3 fan installation work faces for fan hoisting. According to the requirements of the project schedule, 1-2 fan installation work faces will be organized in the future. At that time, a hoisting competition situation will be formed, which is the full capacity of the project. Grid-connection builds a solid guarantee.

5. The steel pipe pile sinking construction of Shantou's first offshore wind power project was completed

On November 10, the last single pile of Datang Nan'ao Lemen I Offshore Wind Farm Project Bid Section 2 contracted by the New Energy Branch of China Railway Construction Port and Shipping Administration was successfully completed, marking the completion of the steel pipe pile of the wind farm. The pile sinking tasks are all completed.

Datang Nan'ao Lemen I Offshore Wind Farm Project Tender Section 2 construction tasks mainly include 18-station wind turbine foundation construction, tower tube manufacturing, wind turbine installation, and the actual construction of 19 single piles through the coordination of the owner. Among them, the largest single pile of the wind farm weighs about 1,570 tons, and the pile length is about 101 meters. Since the start of the construction of steel pipe piles, the project department has overcome various unfavorable factors. It took 72 days to complete the construction of all 19 steel pipe piles.

It is reported that the total installed capacity of Datang Nanao Lemen I offshore wind farm is 245 MW. After the construction is completed, the annual power generation is expected to be 751 million kWh and the output value is 565 million yuan. It can save 240,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions 45 10,000 tons, will effectively promote the large-scale development of offshore wind power generation in Shantou.
