1. Guangdong: During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, three major offshore wind power bases will be built, and investment in key projects will reach 90 billion yuan!

On December 14, the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province issued the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Marine Economic Development in Guangdong Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") to make arrangements for the development of the marine economy in the province during the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan. Among them, the plan clearly states that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it is necessary to cultivate and expand marine emerging industries and create offshore wind power industry clusters.

The plan stated that it supports the comprehensive development and utilization of marine resources and promotes the development of offshore wind power projects in combination with marine pastures, offshore hydrogen production, sightseeing tourism, and marine comprehensive testing grounds, and strives to have a cumulative installed capacity of 18 million kilowatts to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025, and promote offshore wind power The development of industrial clusters will speed up the construction of offshore wind power industry bases in Yangjiang and East Guangdong, and strive to achieve an annual production capacity of 900 units (sets) of wind power units in the province by 2025, and promote technological progress and cost reduction.

The attached "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan Major Projects for Marine Economic Development in Guangdong Province" shows that Guangdong Province will spend 90 billion yuan during the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan period to focus on the construction of Nanpeng Island, Shapa, Qingzhou, and Zhanjiang in the province-managed sea area. Wailuo, Xuwen, Xinliao, Zhuhai Guishan, Jinwan, Huizhou Port, Shanwei Houhu, Jiazi, Jieyang Shenquan, Shantou Lemen, Haimen and other offshore wind power projects, and promote the construction of offshore wind power projects in the exclusive economic zone of the state-managed sea area. .

2. Shandong's first offshore wind power project was connected to the grid for power generation

On December 10, all 58 wind turbines of the Huaneng Shandong Peninsula South 4 offshore wind power project, the first offshore wind power project in Shandong Province, were connected to the grid for power generation.

The project is located in the southern sea area of Haiyang City, with a total installed capacity of 300,000 kilowatts, and supporting the construction of a 30 MW/60 MWh energy storage device. After it is put into operation, the annual power generation is expected to be 821 million kWh, which can effectively replace 246,300 tons of standard coal. Emission of more than 640,000 tons of carbon dioxide is of great significance for accelerating the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province and achieving the "dual carbon" goal.

The project implements the "integral" hoisting of offshore wind turbines; adopts the four main hooks of a single floating crane to cooperate with pile lifting and pile turning construction methods; innovatively applies the "underwater ultra-short baseline positioning system" to accurately locate the submarine cable path; at the same time, the offshore wind power wisdom is put into use The operation and maintenance platform applies modern information technologies such as big data, mobile internet, and artificial intelligence to realize the “visualization of on-site supervision”, “integration of remote communication” and “intelligent platform operation” of offshore wind power. Through the integration of artificial intelligence and big data analysis services, the operation and maintenance platform can carry out remote intelligent diagnosis of key components such as blades and gearboxes, analyze and grasp information such as unit operating status, unit derating warning, etc., eliminate management blind spots in an all-round way, and improve management efficiency by 15% Around, operation and maintenance costs are reduced by more than 5%.

3. "Swinging" straight up! Significant progress has been made in the first domestic deep-sea floating wind turbine

On December 10, 2021, the "Shuyao" floating wind turbine floating platform developed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation Haizhuang Wind Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Haizhuang) and a number of member units of China State Shipbuilding Corporation was launched in Huangpu. The successful roll-off of Wenchong marks a milestone achievement in the "Development of Offshore Floating Wind Power Equipment" project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and has laid a solid foundation for my country's offshore wind power to move into the deep sea.

The floating platform that will roll off the assembly line will be equipped with a 6.2MW offshore wind turbine from China Sea, and will be used for demonstration in the Dousha area of Xuwenluo, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province early next year. The platform has the following features: (1) "Shuyao" can be applied to water depths of not less than 50m and ocean currents of not less than 3.5m/s, and can withstand the once-in-a-hundred-year marine environmental conditions. Partial structure modification (2) It can be applied to various sea areas, equipped with 6.2MW anti-typhoon type I wind turbine, which is currently the largest floating wind turbine in China. It adopts the technical route of three blades, upwind direction, variable pitch speed, three-stage gearbox speed increase, permanent magnet generator + full power inverter, with high power generation, high reliability, high safety, high integration and high maintainability Sex and other characteristics. (3) It adopts a column-stabilized platform configuration with an equilateral triangle layout, consisting of a vertical column, a heave plate, a lower floating body and an upper square brace. With a flat lower floating body, functions such as buoyancy, additional mass, damping and structural support between columns can be concentrated on the flat lower floating body, which helps reduce the amount of floating body engineering. (4) 3*3 point catenary mooring is adopted, which is symmetrically distributed; the mooring cable adopts the form of anchor chain, which has a long life and is maintenance-free; the anchor points are shared to save costs. (5) The integrated modeling and simulation analysis method of wind turbine-floating body-mooring system is adopted to ensure the overall matching of the unit, reduce the load through integrated iterative calculation, and minimize the overall cost of floating wind power equipment.
