A few days ago, the Heilongjiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Planning Renewable Energy Bases and Optimal Development and Construction Plans". The document clarified that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin and Suihua integrated energy bases, Qiqihar and Daqing renewable energy comprehensive application demonstrations will be launched. The base, a high-proportion renewable energy delivery base in the east (all tentative names) is planned and constructed.

      Before May 15th, each city puts forward the first draft of the base plan and selects the first batch of development and construction plans, and proposes the construction content for 2021.
