Expand the scope of the corporate income tax preferential catalog for environmental protection, energy saving and water saving, promote the research and development and application of new energy saving and environmental protection technologies, equipment and products, and cultivate and expand the energy saving and environmental protection industry. Accelerate the construction of a national energy rights and carbon emission rights trading market, and improve the dual control system for energy consumption. Implement special financial support policies for green and low-carbon development, and set up carbon emission reduction support tools. As a member of the global village, China will make due contributions to the global response to climate change with practical actions.
