At 23:30 on September 18th, with the smooth decoupling of the third blade clamp of the No. 4 wind turbine, the installation of the first wind turbine for the decentralized offshore wind power project of the Pingtan Strait Road-Rail Dual-purpose Bridge Lighting Project undertaken by Yongfu Co., Ltd. was successfully hoisted.

The decentralized offshore wind power project of the lighting project of the Pingtan Strait Road-Rail Bridge is the first offshore wind power project in Fujian Province that adopts the EPC construction mode of general contracting, and is also the first decentralized offshore wind power project in China.

The project site is located on the northeast side of Xiaolian Island in the Taiwan Strait, one of the world's three major wind vents. It has the characteristics of strong wind, high waves, deep water, rapid currents, high construction difficulty, and short window period. It has many technical challenges and construction risks. During the hoisting of the first wind turbine, it also experienced multiple tests of the prevention and control of the No. 13 and No. 14 double typhoons and the local new crown epidemic.

The project department has successively overcome difficulties such as the complex terrain of the construction sea area, the windy airport site and the high wind and high tide, and the tension of the sea rushing to load the tide ship. Completed the installation of the first wind turbine and accumulated experience for the subsequent hoisting of the project.
