1. Zhejiang Province issued the Implementation Opinions on the Carbon Neutralization of Carbon Peak, and built several million kilowatt-class offshore wind power bases

A few days ago, the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued the "Implementation Opinions on Completely, Accurately and Fully Implementing the New Development Concept and Doing a Good Job in Carbon Neutralization".

Among them, it is pointed out that it is necessary to actively develop low-carbon energy, implement the "scenery multiplication" project, promote the "photovoltaic + agriculture, fishery and forestry" development model, promote the photovoltaic construction of the whole county, and build several million kilowatt-class offshore wind power bases. Develop biomass energy, ocean energy and other renewable energy power generation according to local conditions. Actively develop nuclear power in a safe and orderly manner and build a coastal nuclear power base. Coordinate and promote the development of the whole chain of hydrogen energy production, storage and transportation.

2. Shandong Dongying Economic Development Zone started the construction of offshore wind power home port

Recently, Dongying Economic Development Zone has started the construction of the offshore wind power home port project, with a total investment of 800 million yuan. The first phase will use the existing general berths in the Guangli port area of Dongying Port for renovation, and the second phase will build two new piers for offshore wind power equipment. After completion, it will form a comprehensive shipping capacity of large-scale offshore wind turbines together with the base, which will greatly meet the needs of offshore wind turbines in Shandong and neighboring provinces.

Dongying Development Zone adheres to the "chain thinking", and carries out the construction and renovation of a series of supporting facilities such as the special terminal for wind power projects, so as to truly realize the "local construction of factories, the whole chain of industries, and zero distance of supporting facilities"; On the basis of offshore wind power manufacturing related enterprises, the industrial chain was completed one by one, and finally a number of projects such as Jinlei Co., Ltd. were successfully signed.

6. The towerless fan is assembled and ready to go to sea!

Recently, the X30 floating prototype produced by X1 Wind has been assembled in Las Palmas, Spain, and is ready to go to sea at any time. The X30 will be towed to the test site, the Gran Canaria Offshore Platform Test Site (PLOCAN), to complete the installation of the mooring system and dynamic cables.

The ratio of the X30 floating prototype to the real object is 1:3. It adopts the PivotBuoy floating technology designed by X1 Wind, is equipped with a Vestas V29 fan, adopts a unique downwind system, and cooperates with single-point mooring to realize automatic alignment. Wind; greatly reduce steel consumption, minimize active systems, and can be matched with larger fan blades to increase power generation.

The relevant person in charge said that the tower-less design and the downwind technology have very good prospects. According to the research, this design can support up to 200 meters long blades and 50MW wind turbines.

7. DNV completed the concept certification and technical & commercial evaluation of the Tri-Floater floating wind turbine of GustoMSC in the Netherlands

Recently, the world's leading classification society DNV has completed the basic concept certification and technical & commercial evaluation of the Tri-Floater floating wind turbine of GustoMSC in the Netherlands. The Tri-floater wind turbine foundation is a modular, stable and economical solution developed for units of size 15MW+, which enable more efficient manufacturing and operation of units worldwide.

Tri-Floater is a triangular semi-submersible platform with offshore wind turbines installed in the center of one side. This semi-submersible structure is modular and can be customized to fit any turbine design. It has good overall performance and, thanks to its innovative structure and buoyancy damping box, has a shallow draft in port areas.
